Cooking Mode: Punjabi Palak Paneer

Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, then plunge into cold water and blend into a vibrant green puree.

Heat ghee in a pan, sauté chopped onions, ginger paste, and garlic paste until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and salt; cook until soft, then stir in the green spinach puree and water.

Step 4 of 4

Simmer for 8 minutes, add soft paneer cubes and garam masala, cook gently for 3 minutes, and serve warm with rotis.
