Cooking Mode: Palak Paneer

Step 1 of 4

Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, plunge into ice water, and blend to a smooth puree.

Step 2 of 4

Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped onion, and tomato until soft.

Step 3 of 4

Add spinach puree, green chili, garam masala, and salt; simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Add cubed paneer pieces and cook gently for 3 minutes before serving.
