Cooking Mode: Sabudana Khichdi

Soak tapioca pearls in water for 4 hours, then drain completely so pearls remain separate.

Step 2 of 6

Roast peanuts, crush coarsely, and toss with soaked tapioca pearls, sugar, and salt.

Step 3 of 6

Heat ghee in a pan, temper cumin seeds and chopped green chilies, then add finely cubed raw potatoes.

Step 4 of 6

Cover and cook potatoes until tender.

Step 5 of 6

Add tapioca-peanut mixture, toss on low heat for 3 minutes until pearls turn translucent.

Step 6 of 6

Drizzle fresh lemon juice and serve warm.
