Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté diced onion and garlic paste for 2 minutes.
Add chopped zucchini and diced tomatoes; cook until tender.
Season sauce with dried oregano and salt.
Toss cooked pasta in the skillet with sauce for 2 minutes and serve topped with parmesan.
