Cooking Mode: Indo-Chinese Chicken Manchurian

Step 1 of 5

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, pepper, and salt.

Step 2 of 5

Heat oil and deep fry chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, then drain.

Step 3 of 5

In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili, and spring onion greens.

Step 4 of 5

Add remaining soy sauce and water mixed with 1 tbsp cornstarch to make a glossy sauce.

Step 5 of 5

Toss fried chicken into the sauce until well coated and serve hot.
