Cooking Mode: Chinese Crispy Chilli Beef

Toss ground beef with cornstarch and salt until coated, then deep-fry in hot oil until very crisp; drain.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, stir-fry garlic paste and slit green chilies.

Step 3 of 4

Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, water, and 1 tsp cornstarch.

Step 4 of 4

Pour sauce into wok, let thicken, and toss in crispy fried beef until glazed; serve hot.
