Cooking Mode: Sweet Corn Soup

Coarsely blend half of the sweet corn with 2 tbsp water; keep remaining corn kernels whole.

Melt butter in a pot and sauté chopped spring onion whites and finely diced carrots for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 5

Add whole corn, corn paste, and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.

Step 4 of 5

Mix cornstarch in 2 tbsp cold water and stir into boiling soup to thicken.

Step 5 of 5

Season with salt and black pepper, garnish with chopped spring onion greens, and serve hot.
