Wash and finely chop fresh fenugreek leaves.
In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, green chili, carom seeds, turmeric powder, salt, and 1 tsp ghee.
Add water gradually and knead into a smooth, firm dough.
Divide dough into small balls, roll flat, and cook on a hot griddle with ghee on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
